SA: Consultation paper on Port River dolphin sanctuary
The South Australian government has released a consultation paper on its plans fora dolphin sanctuary in Adelaide's Port River.
Environment Minister JOHN HILL says the paper will be distributed to all groups, companiesand individuals who use the river.
The government has promised to establish a sanctuary for the 260 dolphins in the riverby the end of this year.
But Mr HILL says the proposal won't work unless all river users cooperate to make it happen.
